Freak Scene is our first album after spending a year doing weekly YouTube covers. It show cases a lot of our influences but also in the making of it we found our own style. We like to call it an album made by music fans, for music fans.
"By music fans, for music fans" is exactly right, I love listening to this album. These two have crafted an excellent LP that delivers front to back. It just makes me want to shimmy and shake to every bop. And I can't tell you how many mornings a Pacifica song has been playing in my head as I make coffee. If I was better with remembering lyrics I'd probably be able to sing everyone of their songs by now. I really hope they never stop having fun and creating great jams. I may not have lost my mind over this album, but it still owns a corner of my heart.
