Had been thinking that I would add individual song pages for all the albums, like I did for the Dysphoria EP, but I've been rethinking that. Doing the individual songs for Noctica was part of the story telling, and she had lyrics with them, so they were easy to get. For Poe and Brad getting lyrics probably isn't that hard, but Brad alone has 5 official albums: at around 10 songs per album, I'm looking at 50 pages. That's a lot of work to set up and maintain for a static site, and I don't necessarily have any commentary to go with them. I think I'd rather focus on adding more artists.

I've also been thinking about my watch list idea some more. Been trying to both come up with ideas for how I want to set it up, and what to call it. "Watch List" is descriptive, but boring. So far, the best idea I've come up with is "Rock Garden". I think "Sound Garden" would be more accurate, but of course that's a pretty famous band, so it doesn't quite work. As for the layout, I'm thinking I'll just have one big page to start, probably just with rows of embedded music from YouTube and Bandcamp. I might upgrade it to do popovers or similar so that the page itself is more compact, but you can still listen to all the music.

Ugh, RevolverMaps just shut down. Now I have to remove all that from the site. Guess it was kind of useless anyway. Blarg.

Yeah, I'm depressed and working on the site, like many things, has become difficult. Also Christmas is coming up too fast (especially for my ADHD brain) and I need to figure out what I'm getting people.

I've been living with the Noctica page changes to see how I like them, and I think it's time to propagate those changes to the other artists. Added a button to toggle the "Done" items in my To Do list. The completed items were getting in the way visually, but I wasn't quite ready to just delete them. Eventually I'll probably start removing some, but not today. Haven't done much else on the site recently because I've been spending the time on graphics that I may add to the site. I've been playing around in Gimp, trying to see what I can do. Also contemplating adding "watch list" page(s), where I can put artists I may want to add, but want to sit with for a while. I don't want to be adding and removing pages or whole directories as I decide if I really like something. But I also don't like super long pages and if I'm embedding players for stuff the page could get big fast.

Also just realized that when I start a new month's log page that it doesn't fill the iframe and thus has a rectangle of background image filling the bottom of the iframe. I'm sure I could fix it with some CSS or JS, but it's just not important enough for me to deal with right now, so I just added a bunch of breaks to the bottom of the page.
