I have so much emotion and personal stuff tied up in this EP that it will always be a part of me. While that may add to my appreciation of it, I think it’s also just damn good music. The individual songs are enjoyable on their own: the music, lyrics, and performance all come together to make each worthy of being added to your playlist. But then as a collection they tell a wonderful tale about working through trauma to shed an old, outdated self. While the real thing is never easy, Noctica makes the musical version a joy to experience. And lets be honest, I almost always listen to this EP in its entirety, because it's just that awesome (check out this post to see just how much I listend to this EP).
